Course Details
Balance 5 week tournament conditioning course.
This course is going to serve as an introduction to high intensity interval training (HIIT) for tournament conditioning. The program is constructed around sport specific movements including the use of calisthenics, free weights, isometrics, plyometrics, and kettle bells. HIIT is the primary means of conditioning used by athletes whose sports require explosive movements sustained over long periods of time. HIIT lies at the core of workouts used by wrestlers, MMA fighters, BJJ and judo players, power lifters, and gymnasts alike. If you plan on competing at either the June 21st Diamond State Games or June 28th Grapplers Quest, this course is a must! Dont make the mistake and miss out, make SURE your opponent gets tired before you do!
