Kenny/Keith Florian Seminar at Balance Studios 1/24/09 (12PM-4PM)
UFC Superstar, Kenny Florian and his brother Keith Florian (jiu-jitsu/mma master/ufc coach) will be hosting a 4 hour seminar at Balance Studios on Saturday, January 24, 2009. This seminar is limited to 40 people, and is filling up fast.
Kenny and Keith will be covering Functional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques for Grappling and Mixed Martial Arts. This seminar is targeted towards everyone: Beginners¬-Advanced Fighters, BJJ Fighters or MMA fighters. There will be something for everyone! I know that I can’t wait for this one!
NOTE # 1: There will be 6 Black Belts on the mat during this seminar to help those who are new to BJJ.
NOTE # 2: Normal class at 12pm and 1pm will be canceled on 1/24/09
